2. Third-Party Platform Purchases

For purchases made through third-party platforms (such as Apple App Store, Google Play Store):

  • Refund requests must be submitted directly to the respective platform (e.g., Apple, Google)

  • We cannot process refunds for purchases made through these platforms

3. Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

  • Subscription cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but the cancellation will only take effect if the 24-hour notice is provided
  • No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods
  • Service access continues until the end of the current billing period
